I’m not an exercise guru, a professional trainer, or any of that. I’m just a guy who’s gotten older and who realizes that just because I have grey hair, I don’t have to stop lifting “black iron”. I want to share my experiences in exercise, diet, and general health for the older person. I’m 62 years old and I can tell you from that perspective, if I can go back to the gym, workout and workout hard, and feel great, so can you.
